Just imagine a world with just humans all around and no animals and other species around. It is quite unimaginable to live without the animal kingdom, but it may at anytime transform into a thing of reality if there are no enough measures taken for the wildlife conservation. The primary reasons for the depletion of wildlife are the loss of habitats, poaching and indiscriminative hunting and fishing, rapid contamination of the food and water resources. There has, at large been an expansion of the human habitation into the forest areas and other wildlife habitats that have resulted in the destruction of wildlife.

Introduction of invasive species
Invasive species, which were introduced on purpose or unintentionally, also have a fair share in the wildlife depletion as they do not belong to any specific ecosystem and has been the cause for environmental harm.
